Welcome to the website of the Tactical Reintegration Project (TRP).

TRP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

2. Purpose of the Website

This website is provided for informational purposes, membership engagement, program registration, donation processing, and mission support for TRP.

The content is intended to support veterans, Gold Star families, program participants, donors, partners, and community members.

3. Eligibility

Certain portions of the website may require registration or participation approval.

By submitting information or registering for programs, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have legal guardian consent

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

  • You have authority to submit the information provided

TRP reserves the right to restrict access for violations of these Terms.

All website content including but not limited to:

  • Text

  • Graphics

  • Logos

  • Training materials

  • Images

  • Program content

  • Design elements

are the property of TRP or its licensed partners and are protected under copyright and trademark laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display content without prior written authorization from TRP.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Interfere with website operations

  • Upload malicious code or harmful content

  • Harass or disrupt community engagement

TRP reserves the right to remove access or terminate participation for violations.

6. Program Participation and Waiver Integration

Participation in TRP programs, training, outdoor activities, and events is voluntary.

Certain programs involve physical activity, outdoor environments, water based training, travel, and other inherent risks.

By participating in any program, event, or activity affiliated with TRP, participants acknowledge and agree that:

  • They assume all inherent risks associated with participation

  • They will follow all safety instructions and program guidelines

  • They understand that activities may involve physical exertion and environmental hazards

Program participation may require execution of a separate liability waiver, assumption of risk agreement, or release of liability form.

Any signed waiver, release, or assumption of risk agreement related to a specific program is hereby incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.

If a conflict arises between a program specific waiver and these Terms, the program specific waiver shall control with respect to that activity.

7. Donation Specific Disclaimers

TRP accepts donations to support its mission and operations.

By submitting a donation, donors acknowledge and agree that:

  • All donations are voluntary and non refundable unless required by law

  • Donations may be used for general operating purposes unless specifically restricted

  • TRP has full discretion in allocating funds to programs, operations, or mission priorities

TRP does not guarantee that donations will be used for any specific program unless expressly designated and accepted as restricted funds.

Donation processing may be handled through third party payment processors subject to their terms and policies.

TRP is not responsible for errors caused by payment processors or financial institutions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

TRP makes no warranties regarding:

  • Accuracy of information

  • Availability of services

  • Reliability of content

  • Suitability for any purpose

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in courts located within Massachusetts.
