If a conflict arises between a program specific waiver and these Terms, the program specific waiver shall control with respect to that activity.
7. Donation Specific Disclaimers
TRP accepts donations to support its mission and operations.
By submitting a donation, donors acknowledge and agree that:
All donations are voluntary and non refundable unless required by law
Donations may be used for general operating purposes unless specifically restricted
TRP has full discretion in allocating funds to programs, operations, or mission priorities
TRP does not guarantee that donations will be used for any specific program unless expressly designated and accepted as restricted funds.
Donation processing may be handled through third party payment processors subject to their terms and policies.
TRP is not responsible for errors caused by payment processors or financial institutions.
