Leader and Instructor Development
The Leader and Instructor pathway is designed for Veterans who want to pursue professional dive training while serving the TRP community.
Leader Instructors are expected to embody safety, professionalism, and environmental stewardship. They mentor fellow Veterans, organize dive events, and help foster a culture of trust and accountability within the organization.
