A Veteran Led Nonprofit Advancing Reintegration Through Challenge and Community
The Tactical Reintegration Project (TRP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2018, based on the representative perspectives of veterans who had seen and experienced the personal and professional struggles of reintegrating into civilian life after service. TRP is a 100% volunteer led nonprofit that operates solely on donated funds from the community and grass-roots fundraising. We ensure every mission, program, and opportunity is made possible through the support of those who believe in service, sacrifice, and sustained reintegration. Our objective is clear. Restore purpose. Strengthen resilience. Build community. Move forward together.
Our Vision:
A Thriving Community of Wellness
Our vision at the Tactical Reintegration Project (TRP) is to set a new standard for assisting veterans in reintegrating into civilian life. By fostering personal resilience, empowerment, and a sense of community, we aspire to help individuals and families who have given so much to our nation to thrive in every aspect of their lives – after service.
Why Reintegration Matters
The transition from military service to civilian life can be complex and fraught with unforeseen challenges. Veterans leave highly structured, routine environments, with integrated support networks dedicated to one’s success and mission accomplishment. After leaving the military and entering into civilian life, veterans have to recreate that for themselves and in many cases this is where help is needed.
We do not offer passive recreation. We deliver intentional programming designed to restore identity, strengthen discipline, and rebuild camaraderie.
TRP addresses this gap by:
- Reintroducing structured training pathways
- Fostering peer mentorship
- Promoting physical and mental resilience
- Creating long term Veteran community networks
- Building leadership opportunities
Impact Through Action
Giving Back to the Community:
TRP strengthens the local community by supporting fellow Veteran organizations, underserved Veteran populations, and military families through volunteer service, community events, and mission-driven outreach. Whether partnering with other nonprofits or showing up where support is needed most, we stay committed to service beyond our own ranks.
Environmental Stewardship :
The TRP believes in environmental stewardship through conservation. We advocate for responsible diving practices that minimize human impact on the marine ecosystem and participate in conservation efforts such as beach cleanups, habitat restoration (when possible), and encouraging divers to act as steward of the ocean.
In addition to this, we carry forward our environmental practices to our winter sports and outdoor activities programming by promoting responsible recreation, respect for the environment and a commitment to preserving the natural spaces where our community trains, connects, and heals.
Leadership & Board
The Tactical Reintegration Project is guided by a leadership team that blends military service, professional expertise, and operational discipline.
Our board includes Veterans of the United States Marine Corps and United States Army, alongside experienced professionals in engineering, business management, and strategic marketing. This combination of military leadership and civilian sector expertise ensures that TRP remains mission aligned, fiscally responsible, and growth oriented.
Every member of our leadership team serves on a volunteer basis, reinforcing our commitment to service before self.
